The New Year's resolutions are not going to change us...if we don't keep in step with our long-term Kingdom vision! What are some things that you are noticing about those vision boards, new gym memberships, and "New Year, New Me" motivations? If the enthusiasm is wearing down, it may be because there is a connection to cultural trend-rather than faith filled intentional pursuit. If we are walking with Christ, we are renewing our minds...make sure as you prepare to reach those goals, you put into perspective who you are leaving behind in the year 2019. This new decade is welcoming every new thing God is doing in your life, and doing things the way they were done in the last decade are not going to get us to where we need to go! It's easy to get distracted with what "sounds good," and looks "busy" on social media, but you have a wealth within you! This year is the start to a marathon that will present lasting change, influence, promise, favor and blessing! Wake up with a praise in your mouth, a prayer life that supports your efforts and a faith that is locked in on Jesus. Don't plan your day without Him, because everything else will eventually dry up. Get those calendars set up, and put a time stamp on your goals! Without agenda and intentional living, we are only setting ourself up for short term progress that will fall short of that 2020 vision! That's God's perfect vision for your life! Are you preparing to make this next decade, your best decade? Not only is the goal re-introducing yourself to others, "New Decade. Who Dis?" But it's also a time that may be introducing God's Kingdom assignment over your life to you for the first time! Do you know who you are & Whose you are? Who are you going to be in this new decade? 10 years has gone by and those who have a Kingdom mind set are rooted- Christ-aligned in purpose and being used for greatness! That is your portion also! God is moving and YOU GOT THIS! Keep going and keep growing. Harvests are coming, not for our glory but for His (which ultimately is a blessing to be a part of) ! New Decade. Who Dis? Disciples where you at?
